3 Reasons Why Princess Beatrice Will Announce A 2020 Royal Pregnancy

Princess BeatricePrincess Beatrice is living the newlywed life with her new husband Eduardo Mapelli Mozzi. The couple tied the knot in a very intimate but also socially distant wedding at Windsor Castle last month with their closest friends and family, including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.

And while Beatrice and Edo are enjoying their new lives together, a lot of fans can’t help but wonder if she will be the first (and perhaps only) member of the royal family to announce a pregnancy this year. Here are three reasons why that might happen.

#1 She’s Waited Long Enough For The Wedding

For Princess Beatrice (and perhaps the rest of the world, too), 2020 has not been the best year on record. Beatrice was hoping to have the same lavish reception and ceremony with all of the pomp and circumstance you’d expect from a royal wedding.

But because of the ongoing pandemic that has been the coronavirus, Beatrice was forced to not only postpone her nuptials but also downsize it, too. Seeing how she has to wait so long, royal fans have a feeling that she won’t be wasting her time when it comes to the next step in her life: starting a family.

#2 Princess Beatrice Is Already In ‘Mom Mode’

While becoming a mother is one of the best and most precious gifts in the world, it’s no walk in the park, either. Luckily, Princess Beatrice is getting some of the hands-on experience she will later need in her new role as a stepmom to her stepson, Wolfie. The young toddler is Edo’s son from a previous relationship and according to reports, he and Beatrice get along very well. In fact, little Wolfie even got a shout out during one of Sarah Ferguson’s storytime videos on YouTube. Clearly, someone else is also in ‘grandmother mode’ too!

#3 The Royal Family Could Use Some Good News

While it’s clearly going to be up to Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi when it comes to starting their own family, there’s no doubt many critics would agree that the royal family could use some good news right about now.

With all of Prince Andrew’s scandalous headlines, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to quit the royal family and the coronavirus, a royal pregnancy from Princess Beatrice might be exactly what the monarchy could use right about now in order to lift some spirits.
