Do not forget for a minute that the book was said to have been written with the couple’s blessing, that its authors had access to their inner circle, and that it was promoted as telling the “real” life of the couple.

Harry and Meghan never denied any of this until now, until the moment the book backfired in salvaging their tarnished reputations. Now that the world is alternately laughing and shaking their heads at content that was supposed to win us over to their side, they throw the authors and the book under the bus by announcing they had nothing whatsoever to do with the project.

#1 Mean William And Kate Ignored And Snubbed Them

According to the book, William and Kate “ignored” them during an event at Westminster Abbey. If that’s the case then how could it be that Kate also “purposefully snubbed” Meghan at the very same event? “Meghan tried to make eye contact with Kate – the duchess barely acknowledged her.”

#2 The Palace Aides Were Out To Ruin Them

Heghan were being bullied by “viper” courtiers who tried to stifle their lives. The book claims the aides “were concerned that the global interest in and popularity of the Sussexes needed to be reined in.” Paranoid much? #3 Their Own Staff Made A Mass Exodus Rather Than Work With Them

There were numerous staff departures from Meghan’s team in the blip of time they were in the UK. The couple’s assistant left after just six months into the job after allegedly being reduced to tears by her Meghan, a few weeks later the couple’s private secretary left after 17 years with the family, Meghan’s female bodyguard stuck around just a few months, and Archie’s first nurse was let go after her first day.
