With BBC’s 5,000 free tickets, the network corporation is bringing the average Brits to rub shoulders with famous and renowned figures from all over the world.

The massive party, which is expected to bring in a billion viewers from around the world, will take place on Saturday, June 4. The event is planned as part of the ongoing celebration honoring the Queen’s 70 years of service to the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth.

The Platinum Jubilee celebration will be broadcast live on BBC One. You can also watch it live or catch-up through BBC iPlayer.

The party will include an array of unique performances from global music stars, accompanied by a full live orchestra. You can also expect to see representatives from several charities around the world, public figures, leaders, famous music and movie stars, and, of course, ordinary folks from all walks of life.

During the iconic night, famous film and television actors will be taking the stage to tell remarkable stories that celebrate important cultural shifts throughout the Queen’s 70-year reign.

Who Is Performing At BBC’s Platinum Party At The Palace?

Leaders in the entertainment industry across arts and culture will be coming together to put on a once-in-a-lifetime show in honor of the Queen’s reign.

Roman Kemp, the DJ and son of Spandau Ballet favourite Martin Kemp, is set to present the festivities, alongside fellow DJ and presenter, Clara Amfo.

For now, British chart-topper George Ezra is the only act that has been officially confirmed as performing, but there are reports of big names getting ready to put on a show of a lifetime.

Media outlets are saying that Ed Sheeran, Stevie Wonder and Elton John are lined up to perform.

Sir Rod Stewart, Sir Paul McCartney, or Sir Cliff Richard, who is said to be one of the Queen’s favorite musicians, are speculated to perform.
