British Royal News says that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have hired a brand new director to helm their upcoming reality television show for Netflix. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Page Six, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are working with director Liz Garbus for their reality television show. Apparently, the royal couple have been working on the reality show for more than one year as it’s part of their multi-million dollar contract with the online streamer. Some of the show’s highlights will include Harry and Meghan’s trip to New York City back in September, their trip to The Netherlands for the Invictus Games and maybe some behind-the-scenes shots of their life as a family of four in Montecito, Calif.

Apparently, Gabrus was seen trying to get camera equipment in and under their coats while the Sussexes were visiting the UN in New York City. Some of her past credits include “Children of the Underground,” “Fauci,” “Britney vs. Spears,” “Mayor Pete,” and Ariana Grande: Excuse Me, I Love You.” Her IMDb page has a long list of documentary credits to her name.

So far Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made no comments about their upcoming reality show or when it will debut for that matter but some critics have already slammed the project by calling them “the royal Kardashians.” Yet, there’s some speculation that the series might debut sometime in the fall to coincide with Prince Harry’s upcoming tell-all memoir, which should be expected by October as well.

However, nothing has been said on whether or not Harry and Meghan’s two children, Archie and Lilibet, will appear in the series. That, and it’s unknown whether or not Harry and Meghan will say anything about their ongoing feud with their royal family members back in the UK.
