According to Page Six, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s hotly-anticipated Netflix series will air in December, despite some reports that say Harry and Meghan want to postpone it well into 2023. That’s because they want to make some last minute changes and edits, especially since they’ve had a change of heart after attending Queen Elizabeth’s funeral last month.

One source close to the situation even said, “They’re rattled at Netflix and they blinked first and decided to postpone the documentary.”

Page Six went on to say that despite all of the drama behind the scenes, the show will go on and that whatever problems Harry and Meghan have occurred with their docuseries, it has nothing to do with the debut of the fifth season of The Crown. Yet, the source did say that Harry and Meghan might have made some comments about King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William and Kate Middleton that they are looking to backtrack on.

British Royal News – What’s Next For Harry and Meghan?

One insider told Page Six, “As far as I am aware, the docu-series is still going ahead later this year.”

If that weren’t enough, additional sources say that the powers to be at Netflix are feeling a little confused by some of the comments that Harry has made about his book, as they don’t correlate with what Meghan has said in their docuseries. “A lot in the show contradicted what Harry has written, so that was an issue,” one industry source revealed. Then Harry and Meghan made significant requests [to filmmakers] to walk back content they themselves have provided, for their own project.”
