While Camilla Parker Bowles and Kate Middleton get along during their joint royal engagements and appearances, the Duchess of Cornwall is no fan of Kate’s mother, Carole Middleton. As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that suggests Prince Charles’ wife – who has seen her fair share of critics and nasty commentary over the years – gave Carole and the Middleton family quite an interesting if not also scathing nickname. According to Britain’s Express.co.uk, the future Queen Consort of England wasn’t very happy at all when Carole and the rest of the Middleton family made their way into the spotlight shortly after Prince William and Kate Midldeton’s wedding back in 2010. If that weren’t enough, there was even some friction between Camilla and Carole right after Prince George’s birth in 2013. That’s because of a power struggle between the Middletons and Camilla and Prince Charles, who supposedly didn’t get to see as much of their grandson as Carole and her husband Michael did that year.

If that weren’t enough, Prince Charles reportedly also felt frustrated over how Carole Middleton would travel everywhere with Prince William and Kate Middleton, while leaving him either behind of totally excluded from family affairs. While some grumbled that Carole Middleton was acting like ‘Queen Carole’ behind the scenes, it was Camilla who reportedly joked about meeting ‘The Fockers’ whenever she referred to Carole and Michael Middleton. This was in reference to the Hollywood movie about unconventional in-laws played by actors Robert DiNero and Dustin Hoffman.
