Camilla spent the day with a group of schoolchildren in Scotland. Apparently, it was an event that everyone was looking forward to for a very long time and according to Camilla, she didn’t want to disappoint anyone by not showing up. That’s why she decided to forgo the wedding and head to Scotland instead.

Of course, this raised a lot of eyebrows, as many critics pointed out that Camilla Parker Bowles could have easily postponed the event and that she didn’t have to cancel it at all. After all, she could have easily visited the schoolchildren in Scotland at any time. A wedding, meanwhile, is usually just a once in a lifetime event. That’s why a lot of people can’t help but wonder if there was another reason why Camilla decided not to show up at Princess Eugenie’s wedding.
