Catch Up On All The Latest Royal Events Since The Queen's DeathOn Thursday, September 8, Queen Elizabeth peacefully passed away at her Scottish residence, Balmoral Castle. Before her death, members of her family were called to her, with Charles being one of the firsts to arrive.

Prince William, driving his uncles Prince Andrew and Prince Edward, alongside Edward’s wife, Sophie, made it to Balmoral Estate shortly after.

Prince Harry was also informed. At first, it was announced that he would be coming to see the Queen with his wife Meghan, but later reports revealed that he was going solo. It is understood that Charles had told him that it wouldn’t be appropriate to show up with Meghan. Harry, however, arrived too late to meet the Queen in her final moments.

King Charles The III Updates The Titles Of Some Of His Closest Family Members

Wow, since that Thursday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s official social media handles have gone through two different changes. First, it was the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge, and now it’s the Prince and Princess of Wales.

The latest change came on the heels of King Charles sharing that he’s passed on his “Prince of Wales” title and the Duchy of Cornwall to his first son and daughter-in-law on his first address to the nation as king.

The Royal Family’s official website has also updated William and Kate’s title, along with those of their three children.

However, royal watchers are seeing that a certain Miss and Master titles have not been updated as regards to two young members in the line of succession.

The Prince And Princess Of Wales And The Sussexes Unite In Grief

Somethings are worth burying the hatchet for, and the death of a beloved family member is definitely at the top of the list.

Even though the chemistry between both brothers seemed off during the royal outing, which saw them look at flowers left by mourners paying tribute to the late Queen, it was still a beautiful show of unity.

On September 11, the Queen’s body left Balmoral for the last time. It was also the first time that her coffin was seen in public, and it was transported by young military personnel.

It was further announced that the Queen’s remaining corgis, Muick and Sandy, will be handed to the care of Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York, partly because the dogs were originally gifted to Her Majesty from the Duke of York.

We also learned from the Princess of Wales that Louis said “gan-gan is with great-grandpa” when he heard of his great-grandmother’s passing.
