What am I talking about? Well, Princess Kate’s uncle Gary Goldsmith is reportedly heading to Celebrity Big Brother. And yeah, he’s got his own luggage to unpack, having avoided prison twice in his colorful life.

Source Calls Gary Goldsmith’s Celebrity Big Brother Signing “TV Gold”

According to a source speaking to The Sun, Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldman is gearing up to enter the big house ahead of the show’s filming this March.

A source said: “Gary is champing at the bit to get on Celebrity Big Brother. He finalised the terms of his deal today and can’t wait to enter the house.”

Last year, the 58-year-old auditioned for I’m a Celebrity, but didn’t make it past the final stage over fears his inclusion could further embarrass William and Kate in a year when “Spare” had caused its problems.

Gary and Princess Kate have remained close through the years, as he was invited to her 2011 wedding to Prince William and her sister’s wedding to hedge fund manager in 2017.

The source added: “The CBB team love him because of his link to Kate and the fact that he’s confident and loud and won’t hold back. He’s made it clear he will talk about everything and anything, and he’s pretty outspoken when it comes to Harry and Meghan.”

“Gary also holds a deep affection for Kate and Wills and will be able to give a fascinating insight into what it’s really like being related to the future King and Queen.”

Continuing on, the source pointed out that it’s possible his appearance “could be TV gold and ITV knows it. The deal he signed is for good money.” Gary is reportedly one of the first names to sign up for the new series, which will kick off soon.
