Did Harry And Meghan Ever Say They Wanted To Be Left Alone?
While there was a moment in which the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were a little quiet soon after they pulled the plug on their working relationship with the royal family.
However, that moment of silence didn’t last very long. That’s because it didn’t take them very long to start a full-on PR war against the royals with their Oprah interview, their Netflix docuseries ‘Harry and Meghan’ and of course, Harry’s memoir, Spare.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle almost make it their full-time job talking about the royal family and how they believe that they were wronged in so many ways while they were still living behind closed palace doors. But did they ever really say that they wanted to be left alone? Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “Their leaving statement said that they were leaving to seek financial independence, they stated that they would continue to pursue their goals of supporting their public and charitable endeavours.”

Another critic wrote, “They left officially March 2020, they were quiet for a whole year whilst the Royal stenographers released books, articles etc slamming their choice to leave and blaming Meghan for leaving and everything under the sun.”
And then there was this comment as well: “No. They said they wanted to choose which journalists they worked with. They wanted freedom to have commercial projects and still serve the Crown (which were the plans presented at the Sandringham summit).”
