Each and every time that Prince Harry has visited London, for some reason or another, King Charles has avoided him. In fact, when he was in the UK for the Well Child Awards, the King of England was in Scotland preparing for his overseas trips this month.

This has prompted a lot of people to wonder if King Charles is purposely trying to avoid Prince Harry or if he simply just doesn’t want a confrontation with his son. Either way, the Duke of Sussex has made it clear that if his father is not going to be there for him, then someone else will.

And that’s why he’s decided to follow in his mother Princess Diana’s footsteps when it comes to his work and of course, spend time with her family, too. They’ve even become very close.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “[Harry’s mother, the late Princess] Diana was a massive advocate for so many charities, and Harry has been inspired by that. This trip has seen Harry speak about his mother and her legacy and it’s definitely a tribute to her.”

Will Prince Harry And King Charles Ever Meet Again?

“But he’s also spoken passionately about climate change, which is a cause close to his father’s heart. I have no doubt he was honoring his father too.”

Then again, there’s also the chance that King Charles is being forced to keep his distance from Prince Harry as his other son Prince William has made it pretty clear that the monarchy should have nothing to do with him.

So far Prince Harry himself has not made any comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful that he will.
