In the April 22 episode of her podcast “Confessions of a Female Founder” Markle managed to shade Elvira by dissing her legendary hair color.
Meghan Disses Elvira
Markle told her rapt audience that during the COVID-19 pandemic she was forced to use box hair dye like the rest of us. But only for a touch-up. Whatever concoction she bought, Meghan thought: “I’m going to look just like” the woman on the box who she compared to Elvira.
Meghan was disappointed with her color selection saying “It was this very inky, almost Elvira-esque black hair.” It was so bad she “immediately contacted her wedding-day hairstylist Serge Normant and was referred to hair guru Kadi Lee, who was a guest on the podcast.” What a coincidence!

Once Elvira got a load of Meghan Markle’s shade, she had a comeback for the As Ever founder of runny jam.

According to the New York Post, Cassandra Peterson aka Elvira said she’d be happy to help Meghan out of her jam.
On Insta she posted a screenshot of an article about the situation with the caption “Hey princess, if you ever need beauty advice from a queen just let me know .”
Fans were quick to comment on the remark with one writing “She wishes she looked like Elvira” and someone replied “She should be so lucky.”

A third person chimed in: “I hope she sees this and invites you on her show to do Halloween special! Love you both!”

Meghan is not the first celeb that Elvira has beef with. In 2024 “she called out Ariana Grande as the worst interaction she’s had, claiming the “We Can’t Be Friends” singer snubbed her at a meet and greet.”
Elvira also once took exception to Kylie Jenner when she dressed as her for Halloween. She said at the time: “I didn’t get a heads up that Kylie was doing the costume, but she did the costume justice and it was very flattering. It would have been even more flattering if she tagged me.”
