Real estate agent Rochelle Maize told DailyMail.com that in Perry’s neighborhood, “Leases start at around $20,000 and can go up to $40,000 a month. It costs around $16 million to buy a property there.”

Perry apparently feels sorry for Meghan, making a telling comment about her infamous ITV interview in which she wondered why no one asks about how she’s doing.

Perry said, “Remember when Meghan Markle did that interview? She said, ‘Thanks for asking if I’m okay. Because no one ever asks me that.’” Don’t we all just assume that Megs is ab fab?
