Former Staff Calls Out Meghan Markle’s TERRIBLE Treatment Of Staff

If you’re not desperate enough to take the Sussexes’ money, you’re probably desperate to get out. Former staff members have reportedly started speaking out about their experiences working for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. This is coming after the exit of Josh Kettler, who was their Chief of Staff only for a mere three months.

One of the main reasons Prince Harry and Meghan Markle “fled” the UK was because former staffers came out and reported Meghan as a terrible boss. The newspapers naturally picked up on this and the “Duchess Difficult” title was born.

There were soon stories of how Meghan would make staff cry – something Harry more or less admitted in ‘Spare’ but chalked off as tensions being so high the staff were stretched thin – and bullying two female royal aides “out of the household.”

The claims were something Meghan quickly dismissed as a “calculated smear campaign” targeting her good name at the time. Sadly, it seems the shadows of the past is bent on reincarnating itself, as their American staff have seemingly come forward with tales of Meghan’s poor treatment of staff members.

“Everyone’s terrified of Meghan. She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently,” a former staff reportedly told The Hollywood Reporter.

“Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”

Another source claimed that staff would frequently get angry emails at 5am and when things aren’t done to her standards, she would throw angry tantrums. “She is absolutely relentless,” one source said. “She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears.”
