Harry And William Need A Go-Between To Rebuild Brotherly Love – Say What?

Many fans of Prince William and Prince Harry know that the two were remarkably close at one time. All of that closeness and brotherly love, however, appeared to be tossed out the window when Meghan Markle entered the picture.

People shouldn’t blame the American actress though for any falling out between the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex. Any bad blood between Harry and William is entirely upon their own shoulders. That’s because fans know that these two royal brothers are both reportedly hot-headed and stubborn.

When Prince William appeared to caution Prince Harry not to rush into his relationship with Meghan Markle, apparently Harry was furious. How dare William interfere in his personal life in such a fashion? After all, wasn’t it family interference in their father, Prince Charles’s life that caused the latter to end up marrying Princess Diana … a woman he actually didn’t love? Everyone knows the end of that tragic story!

Still, the tensions between Harry and William may have been blown entirely out of proportion by a British press that is quick to sensationalize any perceived slight. Any frown, any expression observed other than a broad smile with teeth showing is interpreted by British tabloids in the most obscene fashion. Of course William and Harry hate one another now! Of course, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle loathe one another and would tear each other’s hair out, rip one another’s dresses off, and claw the other’s eyes out! Poppycock!

Undoubtedly, there was a rift between Prince William and Harry, but it surely wasn’t something that would ruin their love for one another permanently. Now, it’s been suggested that the two have been using a go-between, a Welsh Guards officer who grew close to Prince Harry and Prince William following the death of their mother, Diana.

Reports indicate that Mark Dyer along with his wife have counseled Harry in-particular and has helped the hot-headed ginger to cool his anger toward William. Of course, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Harry receiving the aid of a family friend who acts as a mediator and only wants peace between these two royal brothers.

As always, conflict begins with perception. In this case, William reportedly fell out with Harry, not because of Meghan Markle, but because of “Megxit.” William felt the entire “Megxit” affair was Harry bailing out on family responsibilities. It was Harry abandoning him.

On the flip side, Harry truly did feel that neither William nor Kate welcomed his choice of life partner in the manner they should have. From Harry’s perspective, by not accepting Meghan in the way he felt they ought, William and Kate were abandoning him!

Sometimes, it takes outside perspective such as that provided by Royal family friend, Mark Dyer to bring clarity to a matter. Many fans of Prince William and Prince Harry and indeed, the entire British Royal family hope that Mr. Dyer’s influence might indeed pave the way for true reconciliation between William and Harry. (If Kate and Meghan can find it within themselves to put differences aside as well, so much the better!)
