Well, this is certainly something that no one would have expected. There’s a new report that suggests Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are actually avoiding the Hollywood crowd and they’ve got an interesting reason behind it, too. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Royal Family News – Has Meghan Markle Given Up On Making Hollywood Friends?
Are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex avoiding Hollywood A-listers because they don’t want to become friends with them? That’s what some royal critics would like to know.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl, who often has one thing or another to say about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on almost a daily basis, believes that the Sussexes might be trying to change their strategy.
Nicholl put it this way, “Personally, I have to say I’ve been a little underwhelmed with the celebrities who they’ve been hanging out with. Don’t get me wrong – I love Kevin Costner – he’s fabulous, but I thought they’d be mingling far more with the A-List.”
“I thought we’d see them out far more with Oprah [Winfrey], and Gwyneth [Paltrow], and that sort of crowd, and they haven’t been.”
Nicholl added that Meghan Markle might be trying to keep a low profile for a good reason, too. That’s because she might truly be trying to protect her privacy more than anything else right now.
She continued, “Perhaps that is all part of them wanting to live a life that is a bit more below the radar; that doesn’t end up getting them papped, that doesn’t end up getting them in all the celebrity magazines, and actually, in Montecito, they’re able to do that.”
