The Hollywood actress has recently offered her advice to Meghan Markle and how she can live a more stress-free life. Helena’s secret? Simply ignore everything that is being written about you. Here’s what she has to say.
Simply put, Helena Bonham Carter has done it all and seen it all. While promoting The Crown Season 3 on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the British-born star had some interesting things to say about Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and all of the negative press they have been receiving lately. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made it no secret that they’ve been feeling incredibly stressed with all of the negative comments they have been receiving from the British press lately.
Helena Bonham Carter Has Some Advice For Meghan Markle
According to Harper’s Bazaar, Helena said this: “I don’t pay attention to it, and I wish she wouldn’t have to. I feel like there’s just so much. It’s just all too much. It must be really hard for her not to, but all I’d say to her is, as soon as you become well known and in the public, it’s a domain you have to kind of accept.”
Some fans, believe that it’s easier said than done. But for Helena, she believes that there are more important things to worry about than the opinions of strangers.

She added, “So many people keep giving me an opinion about every single person in the royal [family]. You’re like, ‘You didn’t meet them!’ Everyone feels that they’re an authority. And of course, unless you’ve met the person, don’t even voice an opinion.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Royal News: Fighting The British Press
As many royal fans already know, the Duchess of Sussex has filed a lawsuit against several different British publications, including The Mirror and The Sun. Both she and Prince Harry are rebutting the negative press and the false reporting about their personal lives. So far neither Prince Harry nor Meghan Markle has made any additional comments about their lawsuit.
