British Royal family news reveals her full name is Charlotte Elizabeth Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, and she was born May 2, 2015, at the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital, London.

Landmarks like the Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and the Trafalgar Square fountains were lit up in pink to mark her birth and there were also gun salutes at the Tower of London and Hyde Park.

Princess Charlotte’s birth was a big deal because she is fourth in line to inherit the throne of England.

Two days following her birth, it was announced that her name would be Charlotte Elizabeth Diana in honor of her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II and her grandmother, Diana, Princess of Wales.

Her parents. Prince William and Catherine, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge call her, affectionately, “Lottie” and “Mignonette.”

The little princess was christened in the same church that her grandmother, Queen Elizebeth II, was christened in, in 1961.

Princess charlotte began her education in 2018 and, In the six years that she has been alive, she has made a few public appearances at which times the media has responded with a frenzy.

Her first appearance was on June 11, 2016, at Buckingham Palace during Trooping the Colour.

Despite her parents’ diligent efforts to shield their children from the public eye, each moment caught on camera creates a media frenzy.

Each image of Princess Charlotte benefits the retailers whose clothes she wears as she is considered a major children’s style icon.

For example, in the image below the young princess is seen wearing a John Lewis Lace Trim Short Sleeve T-Shirt in Bijou Blue.

Recently, the 6-year-old princess made a public appearance with her younger brother Prince George and her father, Prince William.

Ian Burt, a freelance photographer, who is credited with capturing some wonderful images of the Royal Family as opportunity allows, shared the images in June on his Twitter feed.

The photographer captioned the images, “Quite an amazing day [Sandringham].

Prince William, Duke of Cambridge with Prince George and Princess Charlotte performed the countdown to start [Run Sandringham] on the Royal Estate.

Huge credit to all of the runners who took part and the organisers of a fantastic event.”

In the image we see Prince William accompanying young Prince George and Princess Charlotte as they take in the event.

It certainly appears that there will be many more touching moments in the life of this young princess and we’re sure to be waiting for those moments.
