It looks like the tide is certainly turning. That’s because there’s heavy speculation suggesting that things have gotten so bad between King Charles and his son Prince William that he’s trying to push him out of the picture.

In other words, the King of England has realized that as his heir, the Prince of Wales just hasn’t stepped up when it comes to his royal engagements and public appearances.

For all of those rumors suggesting that Prince William is lazy, it seems like there might be some truth to it.

Not only that, but it also seems like King Charles has a reason to bring his other son, Prince Harry, back in the royal fold. And that’s not just because he misses him, but he also sees just how valuable Harry is for the monarchy.

Plus, it seems like even King Charles is noticing that William would rather do things behind the scenes than put any kind of effort into his royal obligations, so to speak.

Royalist Tina Brown, who has written plenty of books about the royal family, puts it into perspective: “And after five confirmed family vacations in the past seven months, William’s first‑week‑back diary pulsated with two outings: a father‑daughter excursion to a Women’s Rugby World Cup pool match and a stroll through the Natural History Museum’s new gardens.”

She also added, “Charles, despite his battle with cancer, has carried out official engagements on 175 days during the past 12 months.”

Royal Family News: What’s Next For The Prince of Wales?

Now, whether or not Prince William actually changes his ways, no one really knows but at this point it’s safe to say that it’s not going to happen anytime soon.

And because of it, King Charles has decided that he simply just doesn’t want to deal with Wiliam and his pettiness anymore. That’s probably why he’s taking him less seriously, too.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
