There has been some speculation suggesting that the Duchess of Sussex is trying to launch her own beauty and fashion brand.

Seeing how she’s tried her hand at becoming a lifestyle influencer, Meghan knows that the only way she can make As Ever work is if she gets into the closets of her fans and in their makeup bags, too.

According to the Daily Mail, a lot of rumors circulated online that Meghan was looking to start her brand after one particular photo that she posted on her Instagram page.

The insider put it this way, “This started after Meghan posted a picture on the eve of her visit to Geneva. She was in her big, walk-in wardrobe with a huge rack of designer clothes behind her. Very prominently displayed in the front was a Giorgio Armani black suit with gold buttons.”

The source also said, “Her daughter Lilibet was sitting at her feet, with her face turned away. People took it as a sign she wanted to start a fashion brand – I think that’s very unlikely. The money it takes to start a fashion brand is huge. This is Meghan the influencer again, not Meghan the fashion designer.”

What’s Next For Meghan Markle?

Now, whether or not this actually happens, remains to be seen but seeing how a lot of people do follow fashion trends worn by the royals, it wouldn’t be surprising if Meghan Markle did jump on this bandwagon.

After all, she’s free to do so as a non-working royal, right?
