Princess Beatrice And Her Royal Wedding Plans
Before Prince Andrew’s car crash of an interview aired on British television last week, Princess Beatrice was hoping to have a lavish royal wedding to her fiancé Edo. In fact, she was hoping to follow in the footsteps of her sister, Princess Eugenie and her October 2018 wedding and of course, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who tied the knot in May of that year.
Unfortunately for Beatrice, she won’t have the same pomp and circumstance as the other members of the royal family because of her father’s scandal. Instead, she will be forced to opt for something low key instead. There will be no televised wedding as was previously reported and certainly no carriage ride around Windsor Caste as Princess Beatrice was hoping for.
The Sun reports that royal expert Marlene Koenig claims that the couple could try things a little different. And that’s not because they want to, but rather because they have to. She said: “I will not be surprised if she has a rather quiet wedding, out of the public eye, with a few photos, no live coverage.”
Is Princess Beatrice Postponing Her Wedding Because Of Prince Andrew?
But then again, both Beatrice and Edo have made no comments about their wedding, or if things are going as planned or if they will stall them. Before the fall out surrounding Prince Andrew, reports had said that Princess Beatrice was hoping to tie the knot sometime in early 2020 and that she wanted to do it in Edo’s native Italy, too. Of course, there’s always the possibility that Beatrice and Edo might end up having a very low-key wedding somewhere in the English countryside and away from the glare of the media and the paparazzi. We will update you with all of the latest information as it comes in.
