John Oliver finally went there. The British comedian joined Andy Cohen this week on an all new episode of Watch What Happens Live on Bravo.

Of course, talk turned to current affairs in the UK and Kate Middleton conspiracy theories. And, what John Oliver had to say about his Kate Middleton theories dropped a lot of jaws. Is Kate Middleton dead?!
Since Kate Middleton mysteriously checked in to London Clinic for a “planned surgery” no one knew about in January, Royal rumors have been running rampant.
Then Mother’s Day Gate happened. Prince Williams wife shared a new photo on the Royal Instagram page posing with her three kids. She added a sweet note and signed it “C.”

Cute, right? It was a beautiful re-entry in to Royal society for Kate Middleton, until Getty and AP Press pulled the photo and refused to circulate it because it had been photo-shopped.

Maybe there was some truth to all those whacky conspiracy theories and something was awry at Buckingham Palace?
Kate Middleton quickly logged in to “X” (formerly known as Twitter) and apologized for the confusion and stated she actually is the one who edited it. But, her apologies just made the whole matter seem even more suspicious.
On WWHL, Oliver explained to Andy Cohen that at first he thought the Kate Middleton rumors were ridiculous. But, after the Mother’s Day drama, he’s jumped on the band-wagon.

John Oliver joked, “I thought, ‘Let’s all just ignore this, we’ve moved on’ — until the Photoshop thing. It feels like you’re almost handling badly in an impressive way at this point.”
The British comedian added, “There’s a non-zero chance she died 18 months ago. They might be ‘Weekend at Bernie’s’–ing this situation.”
Kate Middleton certainly made the rumors about her being no longer among the land of the living worse with her Mother’s Day photo drama.
