According to Us Weekly, a source said that Kate and Meghan were able to air their grievances to each other last Christmas, which they celebrated together with the Queen and the rest of the royal family at Sandringham House in Norfolk, England.
Well and good. Being a member of the same family and living on the same grounds mean they can’t really avoid seeing each other. So it’s a good thing that whatever gap they had, they are able to sort things out.
There were various reports on why there was a rift between the two, it’s hard to tell which ones are real, if any. But according to the magazine, Kate felt Meghan “used her to climb the royal ladder.” Although, it wasn’t clear how this is so. On one hand, the source also said that Meghan felt Kate snubbed her.
Whatever the reason is, the wives of Prince William and Prince Harry seem to have made amends and are moving on from the alleged drama. Royal photos show the two talking to each other without any sign of the rumored feuds. They look at ease walking side by side. Us Weekly’s source said that Queen is also happy now that the drama between them is over.

Meanwhile, they have other things to look forward to this year. Kate Middleton is celebrating her 37th birthday next week, January 9.
However, it is expected that she will be spending a quiet day at home with her royal kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Prince William has royal commitments during the day and is likely to celebrate with his wife in the evening. Meghan Markle, 37, is pregnant with her first child with Prince Harry.
