That’s because they are both supposedly feuding over how Kate and Prince William’s three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis should be raised. Here’s what you need to know.
Kate Middleton – Feuding With King Charles Over Her Children
According to one royal expert, King Charles seems to be none too pleased that he’s had very few opportunities to see his grandchildren, let alone spend some quality time with them.
He wants Kate Middleton to make some more time for him to spend with the kids, but that just hasn’t happened.
Apparently, the Princess of Wales thinks her father-in-law is just too “formal and stuck in his ways.”

Royal author Tom Quinn, who has spent a lot of time researching the royals in the past, even put it this way, “I suspect everyone thinks that in terms of the children, the royal family will inevitably have the most influence, but that is entirely wrong. It will be the Middletons that have the influence because the royal family is too formal, it’s too stuck in its ways.”

He continued, “I suppose there is a little tension at times between who gets to see the grandkids the most. Kate will always turn to Carole for help, advice guidance, and just get together and romping around with the kids – possibly before she would get together with Camilla and Charles.”
Now, whether or not Kate and King Charles are really feuding about the matter, no one seems to know as Buckingham Palace is yet to make any comments in regards to the situation.

But at the same time, many people have noticed that it’s been a long time since King Charles has been seen or photographed with any of his grandchilden.
It seems like the only time he gets to really see them is during official royal engagements and public appearances.
