Kate Middleton Is Having Her Princess Diana Moment

It might not be the positive moment that everyone is hoping for, but it certainly is a moment. Of course, we are talking about Kate Middleton as it appears as though she might be following in the footsteps of her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana. But it might not be in the way that everyone is thinking.

We are not talking about Kate Middleton’s fashion choices, her public appeal or even her charity work.

Kate Middleton Is Having Her Princess Diana Moment

Instead, it seems like she’s running away from the very institution that helped make her the household name that she is today. Not only that, but there’s also strong speculation suggesting Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William are having serious problems in their marriage.

That might be one of the many reasons why they’ve decided to move to the Forest Lodge. And it’s not because they want to spend more time together in a cozy environment. Instead, they want to keep as much distance as possible from one another.

For the Princess of Wales, she absolutely understands how Princess Diana once felt in her own marriage and messy situation with her then husband, Prince Charles. Once you are in the royal family, there’s very little that you can do to escape it.

Sure, Kate can easily pull the plug on her marriage and get a divorce, but she’ll always be tied to Prince William and the monarchy in one way or another, and that’s not just because of her kids.

That’s why Kate feels like she can relate to how Princess Diana felt when she was boxed in her own gilded cage. Even though Kate Middleton might not be in the same situation, the pain is definitely and the need to escape is the same.
