Is this something she truly wants to do or if she is just doing it for appearances? That’s what a lot of royal fans and critics on both sides of the aisle can’t help but wonder when it comes to Kate Middleton as there’s a new report that suggests she’s ready to play ‘peacemaker.’

In other words, she wants to reach out to Meghan Markle and settle things once and for all. As many royalists know, it’s been several long years since Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have spoken to each other, let alone be in the same room.

Well, now with the holidays coming out and King Charles doing much better with his cancer and health issues, the Princess of Wales wants to take action and hopefully try to mend whatever has been left broken between the royal family and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

But whether or not that’s actually going to happen remains to be seen, but that’s not stopping Kate from at least trying. Plus, she’s the future queen of England. She knows that fixing things would make her look like the calm, cool, and coordinated person that everyone already knows she is.

That’s why Kate Middleton plans on being the first person to reach out and wish Meghan Markle a happy holiday. She wants to reconnect again, but she also wants to be very tactful.

The Princess of Wales knows that it’s almost going to be impossible for Prince William and Prince Harry to kiss and make up and that’s why she would rather make this all about the kids.

After all, Kate’s children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, deserve to get to know their American cousins, Archie and Lilibet, right?

Both Kate and Meghan know this and that’s why it would look petty for them not to try and bring the kids together at this point.

Of course, whether or not Meghan Markle is actually going to be receptive to Kate reaching out to her remains to be seen. She’s already made it pretty clear that she wants nothing to do with the royal family, nor does she want to speak to them, either.
