The Princess of Wales, meanwhile, can’t enjoy the same little things that Meghan gets to enjoy because of her position in the royal family. And it seems like Kate is getting tired of it. Here’s what you need to know.

Is Kate Middleton jealous of Meghan Markle’s very Hollywood life? Maybe. The Duchess of Sussex gets to live the life that she wants to live while Kate Middleton is still stuck behind closed doors at the royal palaces back in the UK. Their lives couldn’t be any more different and it definitely shows.
While the Princess of Wales did get to sneak out and attend a music festival in Norfolk with her former best friend Rose Hanbury, she’s stuck doing as many royal engagements and public appearances as she has on her calendar.

She’s also limited as far as what she can do and where she can travel. Even though she used to love going on state trips, it looks like those aren’t an option for Kate anymore.
It’s been suggested that Prince William doesn’t want his wife to accompany him on any more trips simply because the media focuses too much on what she wears and not the cause at hand.
With Meghan Markle, it’s much different. She is in control of her life. She gets to set her own schedule and her own pace. She also doesn’t have anyone telling her what to do, where to go, or what to wear for that matter.
Plus, she gets to hang out with Hollywood stars like Chris Evans and go to charity events with the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Katy Perry. What’s there not to be jealous of, right?
