That’s because there are reports that say the Duchess of Sussex is a nightmare to work with behind the scenes and that’s why so many of her employees have quit in droves.

But for Prince William and Kate Middleton, this doesn’t surprise them at all. After all, they know that Meghan was already difficult to work with when staffers at the palace were complaining about her when she was still a full-time member of the royal family.

Well, it looks like things might have gotten worse as the Duchess of Sussex has gotten a reputation for being a bad employer. 

But because Meghan is so obsessed with her reputation, she’s been trying to counter attack with positive reports about her and her work ethic and how she really treats people behind closed doors, but that hasn’t helped.
