Kate Middleton’s ski trip is raising some major eyebrows. There’s heavy speculation on social media suggesting that the Princess of Wales went on two ski trips with her family this year, despite the fact that she keeps pulling back on her royal work due to her recovery from her cancer treatment. However, a lot of people have pointed out that while Kate seems to not want to do any more royal engagements than she has to, she has no problem hitting the slopes with her kids.

Apparently, the Prince and Princess of Wales went on a family ski trip to the French Alps back in January and April of this year. She looked at ease as some believed this marked a positive milestone in her recovery from cancer.

Needless to say, the internet had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “Kate’s argument is she’s recovering from an illness and can’t work, then she shows up skiing. If she can ski, then she can perform her job too. Her job is to visit schools and hospitals once a week for an hour.”

Royal Family News: What’s Next For Kate Middleton?

Another critic wrote, “She just doesn’t like working. No need to play devil’s advocate. I’ve known people with cancer and chronic conditions.”

“They don’t magically get better for preferred activities, but can’t do low energy work assignments. My mother in law’s lupus started acting up on thanksgiving and she couldn’t participate in her favorite holiday this year.”

And then there was this comment as well: “No one is side eyeing cause she is skiing, they’re side eyeing cause she uses it to get out of work. She has a staff of over 60, her very sick FIL still carries out his duties.”

“I’m not believing these ups and down crap when she can conveniently go skiing yet can’t do her duty for her tax payer funded lifestyle.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space for more.
