King Charles’s Damage Control PR Is Not Working
Over the weekend, King Charles, along with Queen Camilla, got heckled about Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein during a royal engagement.
And instead of answering any questions about the matter, the King of England just did what he normally does, and that’s wave at the camera and pretend that everything is okay, even if something seems to be burning behind him.
In other words, the royal family’s ‘keep calm and carry on’ mantra just doesn’t seem to be working here. Instead, it’s more of a sign of a really poor attempt at deflection.
As many royalists are aware of, Prince Andrew’s name has been dragged in the mud thanks to the DOJ’s investigation of the Jeffrey Epstein case. And some critics believe it’s deservingly so.
Yet, sources close to the situation say that the royal family believe Prince Andrew’s poor judgement needed to be sanctioned, however, he does still remain as a member of the royal family and on a personal level there is a duty of care owed to him.

What’s Next For The Royal Family?
Of course, many royalists had a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some even commented with, “Attempts to deflect are not working. Charles really likes to point during the photo ops. I really think they believe Andrew is above any real punishment.”
Another critic of the royal family wrote, “I think Charles keeps Andrew just close enough to the institution to illustrate his own superiority over his younger brother.”
“I really think that’s it. Andrew is to Charles what Harry was expected to be, to William, and what Margaret was, to Elizabeth: the family scapegoat.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I’m sure there is an element of keeping Andrew close by and taken care of because of what he knows. A tell-all tale by Andrew laying out all of the family’s skeletons would be a best seller worldwide.”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space for more.
