King Charles Doesn’t Want This Person At His Funeral

The guest list has already been finalized. There’s heavy speculation suggesting that while all of the most important leaders in the world are going to be at King Charles’s funeral, there is one person that the King of England would rather not have there.

That person, of course, happens to be the President of the United States, Donald Trump.

Now, that’s not to say that King Charles is holding a grudge or has something personal against Trump. Instead, he knows that because Trump is such a divisive figure that if he does show up at the funeral, all eyes are going to be on him.

Not only that, but the press is going to focus too much on what Trump is doing, what he is saying, what he is wearing, or who he is even talking to for that matter. Not that King Charles wants his own funeral hijacked at his own funeral, but at the same time he also doesn’t want him to be the main focus.

Then again, it’s not like King Charles will have much control over what happens at his funeral anyway. That’s because palace staffers know that by keeping Trump off the guest list, it’s going to send a very strong message to the world.

And for King Charles, he knows that the last thing he would want is to mix the royal family with international politics. After all, that’s not what the monarchy is all about.

As much as he wouldn’t want to look like he’s for Donald Trump and his controversial policies, he knows that the palace can’t look like they are against it, either.

What’s Next For King Charles?

But then again, if there’s anything that we’ve learned about Donald Trump and the way he operates, it’s that he’s going to do what he wants to do, regardless of what anyone has to say about it.

And seeing how much Trump respected Queen Elizabeth, there’s a very good chance that he’ll find himself a seat at King Charles’s funeral, whether anyone likes it or not.
