With the King of England still dealing with his ongoing health crisis and cancer diagnosis, a lot of people can’t help but wonder whether or not he will step down from the throne and the spotlight as he just wants to focus on getting better.
That, and King Charles is trying to be less vindictive. Or at least, he doesn’t want to be vindictive towards his brother, Prince Andrew.
It’s also been said that King Charles is worried about the misuse of public taxes on someone like Prince Andrew who has not performed any royal duties or attended royal engagements or public appearances in years.

What’s Next For King Charles And The Royal Family?
Meanwhile, the Duke of Sussex still sparks a lot of fear in King Charles, even though the monarch is dealing with so many issues lately, including his own cancer battles.
The only thing that the King of England wants right now is peace.
However, that might be hard to maintain and especially if he’s worried that his wayward son might continue to throw him and the rest of the royal family under the bus like he’s done so many times in the past.
What’s more, the King of England knows that he doesn’t have much time left on the throne because of his ongoing cancer battle and he doesn’t want all this feuding between royal family members to be a part of his lasting legacy.
