Sooner or later the truth is going to have to come out one way or another. There’s a new report that suggests King Charles is being urged to come clean with the truth about his cancer diagnosis.

As of press time, the King of England has not revealed exactly what kind of cancer he has. Not only that, but royal fans also want to know the truth about Kate Middleton and her long absence from the public eye as well. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

As many royal fans are aware by now, both King Charles and Kate Middleton were hospitalized at the same time back in January. The Princess of Wales had undergone abdominal surgery while King Charles had corrective surgery for his enlarged prostate.

A few days later the palace made an announcement about the King of England’s cancer diagnosis as well, but has not specified what kind of cancer he has.

Of course, royal fans and critics alike want more answers about his health situation along with Kate Middleton’s. After all, one is the present King of England while the other is the future queen of England.

Some critics have even commented on the matter with, “Joking aside, I agree that Charles and his team have been very open with the public in the context of BRF. I don’t think it would matter to know the kind of cancer he has. We know he has cancer and getting treatment for it.

We can also see him in public during this process,” along with, “What kind of cancer is it, though? If it’s bladder cancer or prostate cancer, it’s probably treatable. If, God forbid, on the other hand, it’s pancreatic cancer, the prognosis is devastating. I can see where they would have to be careful in disclosing this news, if this should be the case. Let’s hope it isn’t.”

Another critic wrote, “Yeah, I now believe Kate’s in a coma. A proof of life video is long overdue and would have halted the speculation. Like either extreme physical condition (coma) or a mental health one. I think it’s a combo of both, mental health treatment is the easiest explanation for some of the early quotes around Will being confused by everything that was happening. Private sorrows fits in to that too.”
