King Charles Is Flexing His Power With Prince Harry
Apparently, the King of England is just none too pleased with the fact that his son is suing the British government. King Charles wants Prince Harry to drop the lawsuit.
Sure, King Charles wants to have a relationship with Prince Harry again and he certainly wants to meet with his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, but this little issue is pulling him in the other direction.
Of course, the Duke of Sussex also wants to see his father, but the fact that King Charles is not picking up his phone calls is making that increasingly difficult to happen.
One source close to the situation even told the Daily Beast: “Here you have the infelicitous situation where the king’s son is suing the king’s ministers in the king’s courts. That is pulling the king in three directions.”

“You also have the situation where the king’s son published accounts of private conversations, some of which have been, shall we say, wrong.”
“So imagine the situation if the prince were to talk to his father about his court case and then later to describe that conversation —or, worse, a conversation which was not entirely accurate. There would be serious legal jeopardy. Harry would only have to say, ‘My father said this’ and a court case could collapse.”
Now, whether or not King Charles changes his mind in the near future remains to be seen but for now he’s made it pretty clear that he wants nothing to do with his son, or at least until this matter is settled.
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful that they will.
