It looks like someone here is trying to turn a page. There’s a new report that suggests King Charles is trying to be less vindictive. Or at least, he doesn’t want to be vindictive towards his brother, Prince Andrew. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Royal Family News – King Charles Is Trying To Be Less Vindictive
According to the latest reports, King Charles is tightening the purse strings on Prince Andrew, but that doesn’t mean he’s doing it out of spite. Instead, he’s doing it for the sake of the royal family and of course, the British public’s best interest.
Apparently, King Charles is worried about the misuse of public taxes on someone like Prince Andrew who has not performed any royal duties or attended royal engagements or public appearances in years.
Plus, King Charles knows that he doesn’t have much time left on the throne because of his ongoing cancer battle and he doesn’t want all this feuding between royal family members to be a part of his lasting legacy. In fact, it’s the last thing that he wants.
At least, that’s what royal expert and author Hugo Vickers believes. He recently said in an interview, “Andrew has been pushed out of everything else and doesn’t undertake any royal duties.”
“He doesn’t do anything with regiments or charities or take part in public life in any way at all.”
“I don’t think the King is being vindictive though.”

Vickers continued, “What he might well be doing is to try and divide what might be seen as money being spent on things, like security, [with] the money that comes to the Royal Family from various sources for the public duties that they do.”
“And since Andrew doesn’t do any public duties, a bit like Prince Harry, he’s not really entitled to anything from that source.”
So far King Charles himself has not made any comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful that he will.
