In fact, his offer seemed to have come out of nowhere, which is why Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been left in shock.

According to USA Today, the King of England has opened up his home at Buckingham Palace for his son, his daughter-in-law, and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, as they transition to their new life back in the UK.

It’s quite the offer and definitely more than an extended olive branch, as at this point it’s safe to say the King Charles is definitely open to bringing back the Duke and Duchess of Sussex into the royal fold again.

After all, it wasn’t too long ago that Prince Harry was saying how much he was in love with the California lifestyle while Meghan herself made it clear that she didn’t want to go back to the UK, let alone step foot on British soil again.

What’s Next For Harry And Meghan?

Per People Magazine, one of the reasons why Harry and Meghan are returning to London is simply because they are not pleased with the direction that the country is going in under the leadership of President Donald Trump in the White House.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “While the couple appeared to have an idyllic life in Montecito, they have made no secret of their disillusionment with the current White House.

With the midterm elections fast approaching, concerns about the direction of the U.S. loom large for many.”

After all, the Duchess of Sussex had made it clear for years that she was never a fan of the President of the United States.

In fact, when Trump visited the UK back in 2019 and spent time with Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace, Meghan made every excuse in the book not to see him at the time.
