King Charles Refuses To Be Pushed Around By Harry And Meghan

Let’s put it this way: Charles is in charge. The King of England had made it clear in a statement that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are to be treated as private citizens now that they are back in the UK and not as full-time working members of the royal family.

And because of it, Harry and Meghan are not going to get the same kind of security detail that other members of the monarchy get, which apparently is what they’ve been asking for behind closed doors this entire time.

If that weren’t enough, Harry and Meghan are also not allowed to use their royal titles while in the UK and that they are “private citizens with commercial and charitable interests.”

Clearly, King Charles is telling the world that while Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are living in the UK right now, that doesn’t mean they’ve been fully accepted back into the royal family. But then again, anything can certainly change in the coming months or even weeks ahead, right?

What’s Next For Harry and Meghan?

Plus, the Sussexes want to make it look like they are being welcomed back to the royal family and apparently, the only person who can truly make that happen is King Charles himself.

Without the King of England, no one is going to speak to Harry and Meghan, let alone look in their direction, so to speak.

That’s why they are willing to do anything at this point, including being seen and making public appearances with the monarch, just so it looks like they are being welcomed again.
