Their behavior is rooted in a childish mindset that expects life to be the way they want it to be. Rarely is that the case but must of us have learned to suck it up, cope, adapt, and move on. Not Meghan and Harry.
And that is why they have now spent precious time bringing yet another lawsuit against someone who has displeased them.
Meghan And Harry Want What They Want When They Want It
In her latest vendetta against the media world she strives to be a part of, Meghan has taken a news and picture agency to the High Court over pictures of her and son Archie in a Canadian park.
This week the couple’s lawyer said that Meghan and her son were “papped” by a photographer for the Splash News and Pictures Agency.

Never mind that nothing of Archie’s body or face was visible. The couple claims the photographs are in breach of the Data Protection Act and represent a misuse of Meghan and Archie’s private information. The more time the couple spends on chasing vipers who will continue to do what they do, the less time they have to make “worthy” projects.
At Wednesday’s hearing their lawyer told the court, “In a nutshell, as a claimant lawyer, I would describe what happened to the claimants as being they were ‘papped’. This was without their acquiescence or consent and it is accepted that it was by an employee of the (US agency), Steve Dennett.”

The lawyer said the pictures were taken during, “a private recreational outing on Vancouver Island,” and the photographer was, “at the private home of the claimants’ and said he was ‘casing their home, testing his light meter and taking photos through the security fence, so he was not at the park by accident.”

In the end, Master Victoria McCloud gave the claimants permission to serve their case against the US arm of Splash.
This is just the latest in a series of volleys the couple continue to lob against the media. She is also suing Associated Newspapers, publisher of The Mail On Sunday, and MailOnline, over the publication of a letter she sent to her estranged father, Thomas Markle.
