Meghan Markle Accused Of Cheap Marketing Tactic to Sell Out ‘As Ever’ Jam

Meghan Markle Accused Of Cheap Marketing Tactic to Sell Out 'As Ever' JamBritish royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle stands accused of chicanery after her jamscam line “sold out” on its first day offering.

There’s a common marketing tactic Meghan is thought to have used to make it look like her As Ever lifestyle range flew off the shelves in mere minutes.

After months and months of stalling, Meghan Sussex, Duchess of Markle let loose her merch on April 2, perhaps hoping to avoid the inevitable April Fool’s jokes sure to come her way a day earlier.

Can Meghan be a ‘Domestic Goddess?’

Products in Huggy’s lifestyle brand included a wildflower honey with honeycomb priced at $28 (£21.60), flower sprinkles at $15 (£11.60), and a jar of raspberry jam in a toiulet paper-like cardboard tube, for $14 (£10.80).

But wait, there’s more! Domestic goddesses can buy shortbread and crepe mixes for $14 as well as herbal tea mixes for $12 (£9.30) each.

It was reported that the merch was “snapped up within minutes, selling out within half an hour of going live.”

But The Telegraph provides another perspective on the red hot sales, exposing one of the marketing world’s little known secrets.

Meghan Has Small Batches?

An insider told The Telegraph that “the items had been made available in small quantities and quickly marked as sold out to generate interest, which is ‘a common marketing ploy.’”

Nonetheless, Meghan gushed on Insta: “We’re live! Come shop the As ever collection I’ve poured so much love into. So excited to share this with you … limited quantities for each seasonal drop.”
Prior to this Meghan told her fans that the brand is a “love language.”

Meghan’s Love Language is Money?

The dry and wet goods come on the heels of Meghan’s Netflix cookery show, With Love, Meghan. Later this year the streamer will offer whatever is left of her merch at two previously abandoned malls which are now stuffed to the gills with Netflix-themed product.

Despite Meghan’s rambling message of love, behind the scenes Netflix staff alleged that they are so “over” the grifter.

One source told MailOnline that As ever is a “nightmare” and employees of the line are through with The Discount Duchess’s drama. It was a horrid week for Prince Harry as well, with allegations that he bullied Sentebale staff prior to ditching the charitable group.
