What should have been his dream project has quickly turned into a royal nightmare for him. There’s a new report that suggests Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s biographer, Omid Scobie, is going to ‘disappear’ in the new year.
That’s because of all the negative attention he’s gotten for his own tell-all book about the royals, Endgame. Here’s what you need to know.

As many royal fans are probably aware by now, Omid Scobie’s book revealed the two names of the supposed ‘royal racists’ in the Dutch translation of Endgame. Scobie claims that it was an accident, but the damage had already been done.
King Charles was certainly none too pleased to hear once again that Meghan Markle had accused her husband’s family members of showing too much concern over how dark her baby’s skin would be while she was still pregnant with her son Archie back in 2019.
Because of everything that Omid had said in his book – including his thoughts on Prince William and his anger issues and how he thinks Kate Middleton is like a stepford wife – he is packing his bags and moving to Los Angeles for some time.
Angela Levin, who often has something or another to say about the royal family, told GB News in an interview, “Omid Scobie is going to live in Los Angeles. He doesn’t mind that he’s burnt his closeness with the Royal Family, and he’s going to write about making up stories. He’s been doing that for some time anyway.”
Royal Family News – What’s Next For Omid Scobie?
She continued, “He’s not going to write about the royals anymore. The royals haven’t allowed him onto the Royal Rota, they understandably don’t want him around. He’s going to disappear, but he might make another book, you never know. He’s used the book to be as nasty as possible about the royals, so he has burnt his bridges.”
So far Omid himself has not made any comments about the matter. Watch this space for more juicy royal content.
