There’s a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex might not be the same person behind closed doors that she looks to be in public. In fact, the report labels the former television star as a “terrible” person who is extremely difficult to work with.

That’s why so many of her employees have left her Archewell Foundation in droves and refuse to look back.

It’s gotten so bad for Meghan and her husband Prince Harry that they are having a very difficult time finding people to work with them. That’s because of the horrible reputation that the Duchess of Sussex now has in Los Angeles.

To make things even worse, a new report by the Hollywood Reporter is making Meghan look even worse as some of her former employees are speaking out behind her back.

One source close to the situation even said, “Everyone’s terrified of Meghan. She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently.”

And it seems like it’s only Meghan who people want to keep their distance away from. That’s because the same sources say that her husband Prince Harry is the complete opposite. That’s because Archewell employees actually have good things to say about him.

The insider said, “Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”
