Is she, or is she not interested in the job? That’s what a lot of royal fans can’t help but wonder as there’s a new report that suggests Meghan Markle is choosing her mental health over the world of politics. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Thank you, but no thank you. Even though there are some royal experts out there, like Richard Fitzwilliams, who thinks that Meghan will one day have a career in politics, that doesn’t seem to be the case at all.

In fact, it’s been heavily suggested that the Duchess of Sussex prefers to protect her peace and mental health than get bullied by the media by becoming a politician.

After all, if she truly wanted to be in politics, she would be doing it already. It goes without saying that the internet sure did have a lot to say about the matter online.

Some fans and critics have even commented with, “Meghan is so selective about when she is in public she isn’t courting the media and I imagine she enjoys her peace far too much to ever get in the political ring.”

Another critic wrote, “This is absurd. This is stupid. Megan is a civic-minded person who cares. That does not mean she wants to go into politics. This is insulting. She has an opinion so she must want to go into politics.

”

Royal Family News – What’s Next For Meghan Markle?

“Women can have an opinion about politics and want to support causes without having to run for anything.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I don’t personally think that Meghan is going for a political career at all. If anything, it may be possible that sometime in the future she decides to go for an approach like Clooney- being a fundraiser and a behind-the-scenes type of money person and, for lack of a better word, influencer/lobbyist.”
