Meghan Markle Failing At Her Martha Stewart ‘Cosplay’
The Duchess of Sussex just doesn’t have what it takes, nor does she have the experience, to become the next Martha Stewart of the celebrity lifestyle world and for a lot of critics out there, it certainly shows.
Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell, who often has something or another to say about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on almost a daily basis, suggested that one of the reasons why Meghan Markle is failing at her show is because she just doesn’t have the life skills that someone like Martha Stewart already has.
Talking about With Love, Meghan, Buttell put it this way, “Whether she’s good enough or not, the public will judge her. We’re waiting to see what she’s got and whether she can pull it out of the bag. People may warm to her.”
“However, the royals are on a safe ship in calm waters, whereas Harry and Meghan have been in choppy seas for quite some time and you can’t actually continue that. You can’t. Something has to give.”

However, Burrell says that he doubts Meghan will achieve the same kind of success that Martha Stewart has had in her own career.
He said, “I doubt very much whether she’ll become a new Martha Stewart because she doesn’t have the lifestyle skills unless there’s somebody behind her, feeding her the lines as an actress would expect.”
“It’s the Meghan Show. And this is a tough area to compete in, in America, because America is filled with the best hosts you can possibly have.”
With all of that said, unless the show becomes a massive hit, there’s a very good chance that Netflix will pull the plug on their contract with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
So far the online streamer has not made any additional comments about the matter just yet.
