However, that goal has become challenging amid rumors that their Netflix partnership is in trouble, noted Newsweek.

When Harry and Meghan first revealed their plan to become podcasters in December 2020, it seemed as if the Sussex couple had struck gold. That deal along with a Netflix contract made their financial future look promising. But after multiple delays in delivering content, Spotify ended the contract. And Bill Simmons, who heads up podcast innovation and monetization at Spotify, described Meghan and Harry as “f****** grifters.”

However, Markle and her husband just suffered another blow to their image. And that came from a new report that Netflix might not renew their deal. But amid those troubles, Meghan reportedly gathered her publicity team to generate more upbeat stories. And evidence came in reports that Markle might strike a deal with the fashion house Dior.

Shocking royal family experts, an article in The Mail offered a positive spin on Meghan. Markle and Harry have sued that newspaper four times. And Meghan’s attorneys claimed that the publication ran with an “obvious agenda” to “portray her in a false and damaging light.” However, the Duchess of Sussex’s publicity team seems to have found a way to win praise from The Mail.

And an article quoted Meghan’s new celebrity agents about her possible deal with Dior. The Mail even gave Markle a new title: “Mega-Bucks Duchess of Dior.” Oddly, Harry and Meghan previously told their PR team not to communicate with The Mail newspaper. And even more bizarre, the author previously got sued by Meghan.

However, now that same newspaper and author have published an article that will boost her image along with giving her a catchy new title. And the story also indicated that Hollywood has become enamored with Meghan. The author even hinted at a flood of other offers to replace the cancelled Spotify deal.

As for whether Meghan could soon sign with Dior? The fashion house recently noted that Prince Harry sported a custom designed Dior suit to King Charles III’s coronation. And that publicity helped to boost rumors about a partnership for the Duchess and Duke of Sussex. The company even tweeted, “Tailoring fit for royalty. Dior is honored to have dressed Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, for the coronation of King Charles III in a custom design by Kim Jones.”

And such a deal would provide two wins for Meghan. First, she would get a much-needed pay check. And second, the deal (unlike the Netflix contract) would involve no pressure to refer to problems with royal family relationships.
