Meghan Markle Is A Man: Where Did The Conspiracy Theory Start?

Soon after the coronation, royal family watchers started to talk about the line of succession and about Meghan Markle. On social media, there are many strange theories, and some comments might make everyday people reel with surprise.

Well, there are plenty of tin hate theorists, but some of their claims about Harry’s wife seem a bit odd to those who never saw them before. One of those theories is that she’s really a man. 

Meghan Markle – Conspiracy Theories Abound

There are plenty of theories about Prince Harry and his wife. Actually, some of them need a stretch of the imagination to believe. However, one that has not been fully debunked is that their son Archie might have been born a bit sooner than was announced.

But the theory that the mom of Archie and Lilibet is really a man seems a bit odd. After all, surely her sister Samantha would crow it from the rooftops if it were really the case? 

Despite the numerous detractors and critics that Princess Harry and Meghan Markle face on a daily basis, they have also managed to amass a large following of supporters. Their supporters often talk about how they should be left alone to get in with their lives. Still, it seems that option is a choice that they personally didn’t take. Just read Spare or watch their Netflix shows to see that. Of course, that birthed the jokes about their “privacy tour.” Anyway, detractors sometimes talk about how they believe that Harry’s wife is really a man. 

Meghan Markle – Is A Man Mentioned On Instagram

Looking for misinformation? Then go to Twitter, right? No, not always. In fact, the original thin hat theory that Harry’s wife is a man didn’t come from here. However, it is often repeated and this weekend, it popped up on Instagram in the comments of a post by People Magazine. In the post, the outlet revealed the succession to the throne. If Kate Middleton and Prince William have no more children, Harry will be fifth in line to the throne.  

The husband of Meghan Markle was discussed in the comments. One royal family watcher commented, “Harry and his kids won’t have a chance at the throne.” Well, that makes sense because the line of succession could change over time. And, not necessarily in favor of Harry. In the replies, one person who believes the theory that his wife is a man said that Archie and Lilibet won’t ever see the throne because their mother “is a man.”  

Where Did The Theory Arise?

Interestingly, the tin hat theory about Meghan Markle started on Quora. Actually, a lot of those theories start off on the platform. The International Business Times explained that a “netizen took to [the] online forum Quora and shared that Markle was among the famous people rumored to be transgender.”  That person listed a lot of physical attributes that they believed would be only found in a male. For example, they mentioned her “shoulders wider than the hips [and a] square jaw bone.”

Unfortunately for the tin hat conspiracy theorist, “Sandy Montgomery” who worked with the TV star in the past, noted that she’s all girl, saying, “Markle is a “lovely girl.”
