A lot of people have recently applauded the Duchess of Sussex for her decision not to pose with her newborn son Archie Harrison only a few short hours after giving birth.
Instead, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle waited a full 48 hours before revealing the little tot to the world in a private photo call with only a few selected journalists and cameras.
One of the reasons why Meghan didn’t want to follow in Kate Middleton’s footsteps by posing on the steps of St. Mary’s Hospital is because she wanted to spend more time bonding with her newborn son. That, and she wasn’t interested in having her hair and makeup done so fast after giving birth.

Meghan Can Control The Couple’s Image And Gets A Say In It
A lot of eagle-eyed fans have also noticed that Meghan Markle has found an outlet to express her thoughts in public. While this hasn’t been confirmed by Buckingham Palace, there’s speculation that Meghan might be writing the captions on the couple’s Sussex Royal Instagram page.
Sure, Meghan has probably been told to keep her personal opinions to herself, but that hasn’t stopped her from writing what she wants on social media. Not only does she get to control the couple’s public image, but also have a say in it, too!
