Well, this really shouldn’t surprise anyone at this point. There’s a new report that suggests Meghan Markle has made it her business not to listen to anyone, and especially at the workplace. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

While it’s been reported that the Duchess of Sussex has earned quite a reputation for treating her employees so bad that a lot of them have quit their jobs in droves, it seems like Meghan is also refusing to take advice from anyone, too.

And this attitude is certainly not helping Meghan either, as she’s been called the ‘Duchess Difficult’ behind her back.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “It does have some glaring and fascinating echoes of everything I wrote, and that others have written before, about Meghan.”

She clearly has certain standards but, on the other hand, the demands she makes of people may not always reflect what’s possible—she may demand too much. I don’t think Harry and Meghan are in the business of either listening to anyone else or changing.”

As many royal fans even know, Meghan was accused of bullying her royal staff members when she was still living in the UK back in 2019.

While there were some allegations made, an inquiry into the matter was eventually dropped.

However, it’s also been said that Meghan has had a difficult time retaining her employees at Archewell Foundation as well.

There have been so many people who have quit their job that Meghan and her husband Prince Harry have been forced to continually hire new people. 

But having such a high staff turnover is definitely not a good look for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Yet, Meghan feels like she’s still doing the right thing on her end.
