While it’s been suggested that Meghan Markle never wants to step foot in the UK again, it looks like she is already planning to attend the Invictus Games in the UK in 2027. And if she does, there’s no doubt that her critics are going to have a lot to say about it, too.

Ever since Prince Harry and Megan Markle pulled the plug on their working relationship with the royal family, Meghan has only visited the UK when she absolutely had to. She was there for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022 and later that year for the Queen’s funeral, too.

But she didn’t attend King Charles’ coronation mostly because she didn’t want to have the spotlight on her. Not only that, but she was worried that she was going to be heckled by the crowd.

But it looks like Meghan might have had a change of heart and doesn’t want to run away from her critics anymore. That, and she knows it’s important to support her husband, especially when it comes to his most important project, the Invictus Games.

So if she has to travel to the UK and even spend some time there, then Meghan is willing to do it, even if she is going to rock the royal boat in the process.

What’s Next For The Duchess of Sussex?

Of course, the last person who wants to see the Duchess of Sussex back in the UK is Prince William. If he could, he would probably have her blocked from the country altogether. 

While there’s a chance that he might forgive his brother Prince Harry one day, there is no way he’s ever going to forgive Meghan for all the things that she’s said and done in the past.

But for Meghan, that doesn’t matter. What matters is that she wants to show the world that she’s ready to put her best face forward, even if that means having to be in London again.
