While Meghan Markle had a fairly successful career as an actress, she was launched into a new level of fame when she got married to Britain’s Prince Harry in 2018.

No doubt being a member of the Royal Family comes with a level of prestige that makes you believe that you can always get big things to happen for you.
When the couple left the royal family in 2020 and moved to Hollywood, they were greeted with so much fanfare that goes to prove their royal titles were still pulling a lot of weight. This isn’t so three years on.
Meghan Markle “Grappling” With How To Brand Herself
A year is almost past and Meghan Markle, who signed with top Hollywood agency WME a few months ago, is yet to announce any new projects. Could it be that maybe there aren’t any new projects to announce?
Weighing in on this, Sarah Hewson, the royal editor of Talk TV, said: “It will be interesting to see where her talent agents take her next, and I know there is talk of a book, but I think she is really grappling with what she will do next.”

Despite the fact that Meghan and husband Harry has previously landed multi-million dollar deals in the past, Hewson believes the couple are beginning to realize that the road is not as easy as they might have hoped. “I think Meghan and Harry are learning the hard way that if you are not part of the royal family, then you are a celebrity.”
She added: “And being a celebrity is fickle business and you are out of favour as quickly as you are in it.”
Richard Kay Is Convinced That Meghan Is Taking Time To Announce Her New Projects Because She Doesn’t Want Harry’s Controversial Memoir To “Taint” Her Brand.
He said: “Maybe she wanted to put a bit of clear blue water between what he had to say and what she’s going to do next, didn’t want to taint her brand.”

“However, what is her brand and will that brand still be there? The longer she’s out of the public eye, the harder it will be to kickstart it,” Kay warned.

Taint her brand? And what brand would that be? Their “brand” is circling the toilet bowl and is nearly flushed completely. It is only because of Harry that she still has any chance of a brand at all. It would be pretty arrogant of her to think that Harry is the one holding HER back.
