Meghan Markle Is Struggling To Find Followers
As many of our readers know by now, Meghan rejoined Instagram on New Year’s Day to help promote her new cooking show on Netflix, which is called ‘With Love, Meghan.’
The Duchess of Sussex was hoping to regain all of the followers that she lost when she quit social media several years ago plus gain some more, but that hasn’t happened at all.
Instead, she’s only managed to gain about one million followers, which is nothing compared to the official Sussex account that she used to control when she was still a part of the royal family back in 2020.
Plus, Meghan once said that she felt bullied on social media and that’s why she wanted to stay as far away as possible from all of the different platforms.
Yet, it looks like she couldn’t resist it any longer and came back with a black and white video of her running on a beach that was shot by her husband, Prince Harry.
What’s Next For The Duchess Of Sussex?
Not only that, but a lot of critics also pointed out that Meghan Markle simply doesn’t appeal to any of her fans like she did in the past.
Her new cooking show shows off her more glamorous and luxurious lifestyle, yet a lot of people think that the timing of it is all wrong. That’s because there are a lot of people out there struggling to buy groceries while Meghan is baking expensive cakes.
At this point, Meghan might not have any other choice but to buy followers on Instagram just so her social media comeback doesn’t look like a complete failure. But whether or not she’s willing to do it, remains to be seen.
So far the Duchess of Sussex herself has not made any comments about the criticism she received.
